Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben:

• Planung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der personellen Ressourcen zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten und bedarfsgerechten Personaleinsatzes
• Koordination und ggf. Beschaffung von Fremdpersonal in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern
• Erstellung, Pflege und Versendung von Einsatzplänen unter Berücksichtigung betrieblicher Anforderungen und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
• Vollständige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation aller Planungsinhalte sowie erforderlicher Anpassungen in den vorgesehenen Systemen
• Organisation und Kontrolle des Übernachtungsbedarfs für eingesetztes Personal
• Planung und Abstimmung von Schulungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweils verantwortlichen Stellen
• Überwachung des aktuellen und zukünftigen Personalbedarfs

Duties & responsibilities:

• Planning, monitoring, and documenting personnel resources to ensure efficient and needs‑based workforce deployment
• Coordination and, if necessary, procurement of external personnel in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Preparation, maintenance, and distribution of duty rosters, taking operational requirements and legal regulations into account
• Complete and transparent documentation of all planning activities and required adjustments within the designated systems
• Organization and monitoring of accommodation requirements for deployed staff
• Planning and coordination of training and qualification measures in close collaboration with the responsible departments
• Monitoring of current and future personnel requirements

Fachliche Anforderungen und Fähigkeiten:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sichere Anwendung der gängigen MS‑Office‑Programme
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der geltenden gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben
• Sichere, stil- und ausdrucksstarke Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1/C2‑Niveau

Requirements & expectations proffesional:

• Completed proffessional training or an equivalent qualification
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Sound knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Confident, precise, and stylistically strong German language skills in spoken and written form at C1/C2 level
